We do our best to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving your payment, but keep in mind that we are a small company. If you need your order by a specific date, please mention it in the notes when you order (or follow up with an email to shop@dlxsf.com). Please include your order number.
We offer shipping through UPS, Shipping rates vary depending on package weight and destination.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement. If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us and then return the item via First Class Mail. In order to receive a refund, your returned item MUST arrive in re-sellable condition, so please pack it carefully.
